Jennifer M.S. Robertson is an American cephalopod biologist, trained raw food chef and educator, author and expat mother and wife, currently living in Bangkok. In addition to blogging at JenniferMSRobertson.com, she teaches modern raw food preparation classes and is the author of a dairy and gluten-free raw ice cream ebook. Jennifer holds both Master’s and PhD degrees in Marine and Fisheries Science and serves as an Honorary Researcher at the University of Aberdeen, Scotland. Her mission is to educate women, particularly mothers, on how to create and sustain a healthy lifestyle, with a passionate focus on raw, vegan, and gluten-free natural foods.
